SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
Mr. Seserman is a litigator. He concentrates his practice in the
field of human resources with an emphasis on employment and employee
benefits litigation. He has extensive experience advising clients on all
aspects of human resource issues and litigating employment disputes. Mr.
Seserman helps employers and employees draft and negotiate executive
compensation, employment and separation agreements. During his career,
he has tried numerous lawsuits in state and federal courts involving a
myriad of employment related issues including wrongful discharge,
disability, breach of employment contract, age discrimination, Title VII
and ERISA claims. Mr. Seserman also has extensive experience in general
civil litigation, including complex commercial, real estate, insurance
coverage, taxation and natural resources disputes.
Throughout his career, Mr. Seserman has been a speaker
on a variety of subjects. Recently, he has presented on the topics of
theft of trade secrets, electronic evidence and discovery, COBRA and
electronic communications and privacy.
Mr. Seserman received his J.D. from the University Of
Denver College Of Law in 1986, where he served as the Business Editor of
the Denver University Law Review. He graduated with a Bachelor of
Science in Business Administration from Washington University in St.
Louis in December 1980. Mr. Seserman is admitted to practice law in the
State of Colorado, the United States District Court for the District of
Colorado, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Tenth
Circuits, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the
American, Colorado, Denver and Arapahoe County Bar Associations.

INVOLVEMENT
Mr. Seserman is an active member of his
community. He is currently the President of the Colorado Region of the
American Jewish Committee; is the Chair of the Planning and Zoning
Commissioner for the City of Greenwood Village, Colorado; is a Co-Chair
of the Cardozo Society of the Allied Jewish Federation of Colorado; is a
member of the Regional Cabinet of Washington University and is one of
the Executive Co-Chairs of the 30th Reunion of the Washington University
Class of 1981. His past activities include: President of the Denver Law
Club, Executive Co-Chair of the 20th and 25th Reunions of the Washington
University Class of 1981, President of the Sundance Hills Homeowners
Association and member of the 50 for Colorado Class of 1995.
